A loud and boisterous crowd showed up at Lancaster Thursday night to see if the Eagles could clinch their first Golden League girl's volleyball title with a win against visiting Littlerock. The third game was a nail biter. Lancaster took a small, early lead but Littlerock fought back to go ahead 15-14. The point trading continued until Littlerock was ahead 21-18, but Lancaster managed to pull out a 25-23 squeaker.
Littlerock broke out to an early 5-0 lead in the 4th game, but Lancaster took control when Eagle senior Roxy Neely served for 13 straight points, and the Eagles cruised to a clinching 25-11 victory.
