Volleyball setter for CSU-EB (CCAA, NCAA Division II). Collected First-Team All-CCAA honors (senior) and twice Player of the Week.

Golden League Volleyball Player of the Year 2006 (age 16). Lettered on varsity volleyball, basketball, and track teams.

At age 15 was the 8th ranked adult judoka in the U.S. at 70 kg (2005) and was selected Outstanding Adult player at the Northglenn

37th Annual Judo Championships in Colorado 2005 (Gold Medal). Judo rank is brown belt (an adult rank). Silver medal at Jr. Pan American

 Judo Championships in Valencia, Venezuela in March of 2005. California 2000 State Champion and 2001 and 2005 National Champion  in Judo.

Gold Medal at the Maruchan Jr. International Judo Tournament in Florida 2001. Competed in Judo in England at Wolverhampton in July, 2002.

Junior Black belt in the sport of Tae Kwon Do. Competent with a variety of firearms – revolver, pistol, scoped rifle, semi-auto military rifles, shotgun.

Roxanne Christine Neely

Ms. Neely is is a graduate of California State University – East Bay – 2010 with a B.A. in International Studies,

 

Roxanne is widely travelled. She is fluent in English and Farsi. She is also studying to become conversant in

Hebrew, Chinese, Arabic, and Spanish.

She is author of the Roxy Traveling Light series –
