37th Annual Judo Championships in Colorado 2005 (Gold Medal). Judo rank is brown belt (an adult rank). Silver medal at Jr. Pan American
Judo Championships in Valencia, Venezuela in March of 2005. California 2000 State Champion and 2001 and 2005 National Champion in Judo.
Gold Medal at the Maruchan Jr. International Judo Tournament in Florida 2001. Competed in Judo in England at Wolverhampton in July, 2002.

Ms. Neely is is a graduate of California State University – East Bay – 2010 with a B.A. in International Studies,
Roxanne is widely travelled. She is fluent in English and Farsi. She is also studying to become conversant in
Hebrew, Chinese, Arabic, and Spanish.
She is author of the Roxy Traveling Light series –
