    We run an honest and honorable service. Our site is intended for family use. Any content or activity of any kind that is, in our sole judgment, deemed inappropriate or unsuitable, will be removed, blocked, or placed behind warnings, without notice of any type. 

    All payments are due on the 15th of each month. Failure to meet financial obligations within two weeks of a reminder notice or 15 days of the payment due date (whichever is first) will simply result in a de-listing. Bringing an account current will permit reinstatement. All services are provided on a money back -  satisfaction guaranteed -   basis for the current month only. We will cheerfully correct any error or typographical representation within 48 hrs of notification when possible.

    Domain name registration and site hosting fees are the responsibility of the customer. These tasks may be performed by the Web Master by prior arrangement only. Free web site hosting is available but requires that the site carry a third party banner.

    We cannot be responsible for content or representations found on individual web sites, services, advertising, banners,  search engines,  personal statements, e-mail contacts, interactions or exchanges between parties, or content of any material related to the Internet. This site and service is provided at the USER'S DISCRETION only.

    Advertising fees are used to offset AV Hub operational costs. Excess collections are donated to: Paralyzed Veterans of America, and to the Blinded Veterans Association.
