This is a low-end, minimal, estimate of the earning potential of the AV Hub.

YEAR ONE

Normal Account

Standard advertising at $0.25/day times 365 days per year equals $91.25 per year.

Four new accounts per day times five days per week times 52 weeks equals 1040 accounts.

$91.25 times 1040 equals $94,900 or $260/day.

YEAR TWO

Normal Account

Standard advertising at $0.30/day times 365 days per year times 1040 accounts equals $133,880.

Four new accounts per day times five days per week times 52 weeks equals 1040 new accounts.

$109.50 times 1040 equals $133,880 plus 133,880 equals $227,760 or $624/day.

YEAR THREE

Retire - Hire others to do the work.

Conclusion: $500,000 is a very low cost for The AV Hub.

1.     The original concept was for one person to purchase the AV Hub and run it independently.

2.     The back-up plan was to partner with a business owner who would acquire the new advertising

accounts while the original owner did the web site work setting up the ads.

3.     Another alternative would be a three partner set-up. The original owner would do the  web site

work. A business owner would supply the operating structure and environment, and a third person

would acquire the advertising accounts. Four accounts a day on a one year payment basis would
