Director/Coach - Valecha Fletcher

A former Quartz Hill HS student/athlete, Ms. Fletcher played both basketball and volleyball. She attended AVC and played as an outside hitter for one year before receiving a full scholarship to Albany State University in Georgia. Ms. Fletcher lives in Lancaster with her son Kaleb and has proved to be a successful and motivational Director and instructor. Her goal is to run a local club out of a local gym with local coaches and reasonable costs.

Coach - Andrea Buckner

A former AVHS student and athlete, originally a basketball player before realizing that volleyball was where the "money" was going to be. Played in two very successful seasons at AVC and was middle blocker for the only team to be undefeated. She attended the University of Hawaii on a full volleyball scholarship. . Coach Bruckner has coached at the AVC summer camp for the last the last 11 years and has seen tremendous interest in volleyball among young players.
