| Club Nai’a Volleyball ESTIMATED Costs for 2004/2005 The costs listed below include each player’s share of the costs applicable to their team for practice facilities, volleyball equipment and training supplies, tournament entry fees, coaches’ fees and operating costs, and all player and team registration fees. Uniforms will be ordered and paid for with initial payment. Theestimated cost for a new and full set of uniforms for EACH team is listed below. Returning players costs could be less for uniforms. Meals and snacks required during tourneys and while traveling as well as lodging are NOT included in these amounts. Payments not received by the 5th of the month will result in a late fee of $25. Arrangements for alternate schedules, or late payments, can be made through the Director on a case-bycase basis and IMMEDIATELY at the beginning of season. See below for the Nai’a refund policy.
Uniform estimate-$225 (Includes 2 uniforms, bag, sweatshirt, t-shirt, and warm-ups) (returners cost-- only what need to be replaced) First payment due at first practice in November in the amount of $450 which includes uniform cost. The balance is divided into 5 additional monthly payments See FUNDRAISER info below Nai’a Refund Policy Payment of fees are NOT refundable except for major injury. In this case, parents must submit a request for refund in writing and attach a statement from the athlete’s physician. There are several costs incurred at the beginning of the season. These amounts will have been paid and are non-refundable to us. In the case of an injury, the refund amount will be determined by the program director. Make Checks Payable To: Club Nai’a Volleyball (give checks to the PARENT REP for your team and collect a receipt for FUNDRAISERS!!! Families needing financial assistance will be provided individual and group opportunities to earn money toward their child’s fees by organizing and participating in various fundraisers. In group cases, NET monies collected from a fundraiser will be equally divided among participating families. For example, if $500 was made at a car wash and there were only 4 families that participated then each family would receive $125.
